By cutting out the spacer and hub center as one piece, it is possible to mount the wheel at the center of the brake rotor mounting surface, just like in the normal condition, and it is possible to minimize steering wheel shake. The material used is luxuriously pure domestic duralumin (A2017S). Furthermore, it is hard alumite treated to increase corrosion resistance and durability, and achieves a surface hardness equivalent to that of steel. As a result, we have created an ideal spacer that is not only easily deformed but also resistant to scratches. All KSP wide tread spacer products are made of domestically produced duralumin material, so they can be used safely even in heavy vehicles. There are many installation results in high-output tuning cars and circuit driving. Domestic materials have more stable ingredients than overseas materials, so there are no visible variations in strength. Some products from other companies cannot be installed on heavy vehicle models. Even with the same type of material, such as the A2017S material we use, the stability and reliability of the materials are so different that you would think that duralumin made overseas and made in Japan are completely different materials. It is unavoidable that some manufacturers use foreign-made duralumin materials due to raw material cost issues.
