This rod is called Origin. It's a 7'5" for line weight #3 which, in terms of action, recalls the medium action of the classic Bamboo Rod despite its touch of modernity guaranteed by its progressive taper action that results in an unexpectedly delicate power and smoothness. Sweet at the mid to long distances and throws a nice tight loop. The grip of the rod is made with Birch Bark with two inserts of olive wood. The reel seat is made with Walnut Burl wood and two handcrafted silver rings. It is a two section rod, has two twin tips and standard ferrules.
