The Aluplast finger tip plaster from Söhngen is a special bandage that is used for covering injuries on the finger tip. The special structure reliably covers the wound and the plaster fits securely on all sides. The finger tip bandages are equipped with an aluminium-vaporised wound pad that securely prevents adhesion between the plaster and the wound.
