The manual pump delivers 36% more volume per spray than standard syringes or other manual spray devices, making it more efficient than conventional bulb syringe irrigation without requiring power or a rechargeable battery. The 500mL reservoir supports extended use between refills, and exit portals on the OtoClear Tips direct drainage into an ear basin, reducing backsplash and cleanup time.

The flared-tip design prevents overinsertion, and the three-stream water delivery pattern evenly distributes irrigant along the canal wall for thorough cerumen clearance.
