3M™ Adaptic™

The 3M™ Adaptic™ non-adhering primary dressing made of knitted cellulose acetate mesh is impregnated with a specially formulated petrolatum emulsion making it easy to remove, minimising pain during dressing changes. Thanks to the open mesh structure, wound exudate can penetrate unhindered to the absorbent secondary dressing. In this way, the risk of maceration at the wound site is reduced.
