An exceptionally scarce early biography of Luther Rice, still in the context of his travels to India and work with Adoniram Judson, their callings during the Haystack Prayer Revival, etc. I think we have had this come through perhaps one other time in 25 years.

Interesting provenance as well. Stamped from the library of Joseph M. Kinnaird. That would be prominent Lexington, KY Baptist, Dr. Joseph M. Kinnaird, faither in law of another prominent Baptist, Richard M. Jones.
