There are two types of fibre:soluble and insoluble. Both types of fibre are essential to a healthy diet. Soluble fibre helps absorb fats particles and waste material in the intestines; while insoluble fibre provides the indigestible bulk to form stools and help remove intestinal waste and keep one regular.

Ingredients:

Medicinal Ingredients: Each tablespoon (9.5g) contains Plantago ovata (psyllium) seed 2.97 g, Brassica oleracea (cabbage) leaf 6.65 mg, Daucus carota (carrot) root 6.65 mg, and Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf 6.65 mg. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Fructose, apple fibre, oat bran, citric acid, cassia cinnamon bark, guar gum, acasia gum, natural apple flavour, broccoli flowers, red beet root, tomato fruit, turmeric root, and grapefruit, orange, hesperidin bioflavonoid extracts and silicon dioxide.

Recommended Use:

Dosage (adults): Take 1 tablespoon (9.5 g) once daily. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. For each gram of psyllium, mix with 30 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage). Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
