A rather scarce volume of 15 plates, five in full color, seven in red on yellow background, and three in blue on pink backgrounds. Published in Battle Creek, 1883, likely for J. H. Kellogg, an advocate for women's health.

Includes illustrations of a variety of conditions, diseases, etc., including a ruptured and prolapsed womb, tumor in the uterus, cancer of the breast; also a comparison of the developing embryo of a dog and human; methods of "expression and turning" to lesson the pains of childbirth; treatment for prolapsus and more.
