Vicryl Plus Violet

Ethicon's Vicryl Plus suture is a braided, antibacterial coated suture that offers ideal handling and secure knotting. Thanks to the triclosan coating, Vicryl offers active protection against bacterial colonisation with Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and their methicillin-resistant offshoots. Vicryl is absorbable and causes little tissue reaction during resorption of the surgical suture.
