Cosmopor® Advance

The self-adhesive Cosmopor® Advance wound dressing made of soft non-woven carrier material has a central wound pad with innovative DryBarrier® technology. This allows the wound exudate to be absorbed and stored in the wound pad. Together with the good absorption capacity and high storage capacity, rewetting is thus effectively prevented. In addition, the sterile wound plaster also provides a pleasant and protective cushioning effect.
