J. O. Carlsson Mondo, Leather & Aluminium Club / Lounge Chair

A lovely piece that was designed by the Danish designer Karl Erik Ekselius for J. O. Carlsson in the mid-20^th century. This unique design is known as the Mondo Chair.

The chair is in very good condition with the only defects being some wear and some fading to the leather. The wear to the leather revolves around some minor cracking to the arms and a mark to the back of the chair. Additionally, there is a shallow cut to the top of the back rest which was likely done when unpacking at somepoint in the past. This hasn't gone all the way through the leather but is visible. Fianlly, there are some marks to the aluminium frame but nothing significant.

The chair measures 69cm W x 61cm D x 78.5cm H x 45cm H to seat.
